Description of the training
On behalf of the Conseil Interprofessionnel du Québec, we developed an e-learning immersive and interactive training so that all participants can purchase the training session and log in to the illuxi platform from wherever they want.

Understand the challenges and assets of the mixing of genders within executive boards
Identify biases, discriminatory actions and unequal situations
Be aware of the means needed to facilitate gender equity within executive boards

Louise Champoux-Paillé, C.M., C.Q. F.Adm.A. ASC, MBA
An economist, Madam Champoux-Paillé holds a Master of Business Administration and of Museology as well as a governance certification. She teaches governance at UQÀM and sits on the board of Sainte-Justine university hospital center, of the Société d’assurance automobile du Québec, of the Société du parc Jean-Drapeau and of the IQPF. She actively contributes to research in governance, financial ethics and the promotion of diversity in terms of gender, age and cultural communities within the highest levels of organizations.
Madam Champoux-Paillé has been involved with professional associations for over 25 years.
A passionate manager, Chantal Lamoureux holds over 25 years of experience in the field of human resources management within large private and public corporations, such as BMO, NBC, EY, Hydro-Québec and STM. Since October 2016, Chantal is the director of professional development and of quality of practice at the CRHA association.
