This Sunday, I had the honor of participating in Humanes 2024 in New York, as part of the UN week. And I must say, I walked away stunned by the depth and quality of the discussions. We had the opportunity to engage with leading companies in artificial intelligence such as Microsoft Education, Google DeepMind, and OpenAI, and one striking truth emerged: one billion people will need to be reskilled worldwide by 2030. This is no small task, and it’s clear that traditional classroom education methods won’t be enough.
We are entering a new era of training where skills assessment plays a central role. Before even thinking about training, we need to know where the learners stand, to then offer them customized, tailored programs. This is where the key to success lies: personalization and precision. Standard methods can no longer capture the diversity of skills that need to be developed.
I can tell you with certainty: these conversations have filled me with a renewed sense of energy. At illuxi, we’ve been preparing for this transition for two years, and the solutions we are developing are aligned with this upcoming revolution. Our tools not only assess employees’ skills with precision but also deploy personalized and dynamic training paths that address this urgent need for transformation.
2025 will be a decisive year for illuxi. We are ready to contribute to this global reskilling effort, and I can assure you that it will be epic. Stay tuned, big things are coming. Stay tuned.
