illuxi is pleased to announce a new collaboration with Õ HIGH ACHIEVEMENT. The initiative was created and developed by Alain Vigneault and Jean-Michel Pelletier, two experts in sport and performance psychology.
With illuxiLMS, Õ HIGH ACHIEVEMENT can structure, sell, and deliver its online courses in a simple, professional environment. This collaboration marks a new step in sharing specialized content on human performance and performance psychology.

Õ HIGH ACHIEVEMENT was born from the collaboration between Alain Vigneault and Jean-Michel Pelletier. Two different paths, united by the same fascination with human performance. Together, they want to make performance psychology concrete, experiential, and applicable.
Alain Vigneault
Alain Vigneault’s academic and professional path is far from ordinary. He first trained at the college level in special education. He then completed a bachelor’s degree in physical activity sciences at the Université de Sherbrooke. He is also the creator of a mental skills development program for businesspeople.
His commitment to continuing education led him to train in several approaches. These include Integrated Body Psychotherapy, cognitive and behavioral approaches, and solution-focused and narrative approaches. He trained in helping relationships through the Gestalt approach, motivational interviewing, goal setting, therapeutic hypnosis, and bio-neurofeedback.
He is recognized by the Conseil du Sport de Haut-Niveau de Québec and the Institut national du sport du Québec. He has also supported Canadian team athletes at the Vancouver 2010, London 2012, and Sochi 2014 Olympic Games.
Jean-Michel Pelletier
Jean-Michel Pelletier is a sport psychologist with a long-standing interest in the psychological mechanisms that influence performance. He is a former hockey goaltender and tennis player. His questions about confidence and competition mistakes led him to study sport motivation in depth.
Today, he puts that expertise to work for athletes and for people working in performance-driven environments. Le Psy Sportif is his own professional entity. Within Õ HIGH ACHIEVEMENT, he works with Alain Vigneault to develop content and experiences focused on human performance.
